By placing an order through Jardioui, you agree to the terms below. We establish these policies to ensure that you are fully aware of our refund and return methods and procedures.

1. 30 DAY RETURN POLICY

We have a 30 day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be returned with the original tags and packaging.

2. RETURN PROCESS

To start a return, you can contact us at support@jardioui.com . If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package.

Each return request must be accompanied by a return form.
Please complete this form as precisely as possible and send your item along with this form to the returns address that we will communicate to you by email.

3. DAMAGED OR INCORRECT PRODUCTS

We are truly sorry!

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the problem and correct it.

Please send us an email to support@jardioui.com with the following details:

Your order number
Description of the problem (e.g. wrong/defective item)
A photo or video

We will replace the defective item at no additional cost.

Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

4. EXCHANGES

If you need to exchange an item, please contact us at support@jardioui.com.

If your return is accepted, we will send you return shipping information, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Shipping costs are your responsibility.

We may ask you to return the product directly to the manufacturing plant. You must take into account that shipping will cost more when you postage.

5. RESTOCKING FEES
We do not charge a restocking fee on returns.
